• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Artisan Equine LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada - add $8.00 to fees listed below for shipments to Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to other international locations.

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.




• Sales Tax

• Artisan Equine LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders shipped to Massachusetts are charged 6.25% sales tax.




• Return Policy

• Don't like the color? Not what you expected? No problem!
  
  We gladly accept returned unused or unopened merchandise for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of invoice.
  
  Returns are easy. Your package will contain a return/exchange form providing you with detailed instructions in the event that you need to return merchandise. The return/exchange form and a copy of your invoice must accompany your return.
  
  For a full refund, all merchandise must be in original condition with tags intact. Your refund will be for the amount of the merchandise only. Regrettably, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  At our discretion, we may accept merchandise not in original condition subject to a restocking fee. Please use the information on your return/exchange form to contact us before returning these items.
  
  Please note that special terms apply to saddle returns. Saddles must be returned within 7 days of customer receipt and must be returned in new condition. Please retain all packaging so that your return can be as safely packed for its trip back to us as it was for its trip to you.
  
  You may girth it up to see if it fits your horse, and you may sit in it (without stirrups) to see if it fits you, but please, no "real" riding unless you’re sure you want to keep it. Saddles with visible signs of wear, such as stirrup leather marks, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom or special order saddles are not eligible for return.
